There are certain tasks in Kira that can only be done by your CSM, including:
- Adding or updating branding images for your assessment
- Creating a brand new assessment
- Competency-based questions banks or sequences
- Rubrics
- Holistic assessments (ie: Overall Verbal Communication)
- Applicant document upload requirements
- Updating your existing assessments with the above items
