How to Search for Applicants
Use the Applicants tab to locate applicants within an assessment.
Step 1: Open the Applicants Tab
- Open the assessment.
- Navigate to the Applicants tab.
Step 2: Search for an Applicant
- Locate the search field.
- Enter the applicant's first name, last name, email address, Student ID, CAS ID, or External ID.
Step 3: Use Filters
Use filters to narrow the list of applicants displayed.
You can filter applicants by:
- Applicant Status
- Review Status
- Assigned Reviewer
- Integrity Flag Status
- Due Date (if deadlines are enabled on the assessment)
- Invited Date
- Completed Date
Note: Search only returns applicants included in the current filters. If an applicant does not appear in the results, clear any active filters and search again.
Step 4: View Additional Applicant Information
- Click on the applicant.
- Select the applicant avatar.
- View applicant information, including:
- Name
- Email Address (click to copy)
- Student ID
- External ID
- CAS ID
- Invite Date
- Invite Method
