How to Invite Applicants
Use the Invite workflow to send assessment invitations to individual applicants or groups of applicants.
Step 1: Open the Invite Workflow
- Open the assessment.
- Navigate to the Applicants tab.
- Select Invite.

Step 2: Add Applicants
Choose one of the following methods:
Option 1: Enter Applicants Manually
- Enter one or more applicant email addresses. You can type or copy and paste a list of email addresses into the field.
- After entering each email address, press Enter to add it to the list.

Option 2: Upload a CSV File
- Select Upload CSV.
- Upload a CSV file containing one column of applicant email addresses. Headers are optional. Each row must contain a valid email address.

Step 3: Customize the Invitation Email
Within the Invite modal, you can:
- Edit the email subject line.
- Edit the email message body.
- Preview the invitation email before sending.
If you want future invitations to use the updated email subject line and message body:
- Select Update Template.
Note: Updating the template makes the changes available to other administrators and staff members using the assessment.

Step 4: Preview the Invitation
- Select Preview.
- Review the invitation email.
- Close the preview and make any necessary changes.

Step 5: Send Invitations
- Review the applicant list.
- Review the invitation email.
- Select Send Invites.
Applicants will receive an email containing instructions to access the assessment.

How many applicants can I invite at one time?
You can send invitations to up to 1,000 applicants at one time.
Can I customize the invitation email?
Yes. You can edit the email subject line and message body before sending invitations.
Can I preview the email before sending it?
Yes. Select Preview within the Invite modal.
Can I save changes to the invitation template?
Yes. Select Update Template to save the updated email content for future invitations to this assessment.
Can I upload applicants using a CSV file?
