Manage Assessment Access

Use Assessment Access to grant or remove assessment access for Staff and Reviewer users.

Assessment access determines whether Staff and Reviewers can access a specific assessment. For reviewers, it also determines whether they can view and review applicants within the assessment.

Removing assessment access prevents the user from accessing the assessment while preserving any existing review data.

Step 1: Open the Reviewers Tab

  1. Open the assessment.
  2. Select the Reviewers tab.

Note: Reviewers without assessment access cannot be assigned to review applicants within the assessment.

Step 2: Grant Assessment Access

Option 1: Grant Access from the Reviewer List

  1. Locate the reviewer.
  2. Select the three-dot menu.
  3. Select Grant Access.

Option 2: Grant Access Using the Grant Access Button

  1. Select Grant Access.
  2. Search for and select one or more reviewers.
  3. Select Grant Teammates access

Step 3: Remove Assessment Access

  1. Locate the reviewer.
  2. Select the three-dot menu.
  3. Select Remove Access.
  4. Select Remove Access to confirm.

Important Considerations

Removing access does not delete review scores, notes, or reviewer data.

If a reviewer still has applicants assigned, those applicants may remain waiting for review until the reviewer is unassigned.

Consider unassigning applicants before removing reviewer access.
