Understanding Admin Mode

Admin Mode allows authorized users to modify reviewer ratings directly from the Assessment Results table.

Before You Begin

Users must have the Modify Another Reviewer's Score permission enabled to make changes in Admin Mode. Please contact Kira Client Success if you wish to have this enabled.

Step 1: Open the Assessment Results Page

  1. Open the assessment.
  2. Navigate to the Applicants tab.
  3. Click on an applicant from the list, it will open the Applicant Results page by default.

Step 2: Enter Admin Mode

  1. Locate the view mode selector.
  2. Select Admin Mode.

The Assessment Results table will become editable for reviewer ratings.

Step 3: Update Reviewer Ratings

  1. Locate the reviewer and competency you want to update.
  2. Select the rating.
  3. In the sidebar that opens, select the new rating.
  4. Enter a reason in the required Reason for Modification field.
  5. Select Modify rating to save.

The updated rating is reflected in the Applicant Results table.

Step 4: Review Updated Scores

After updating ratings:

  1. Confirm the new rating appears correctly.
  2. Review any updated ratings and scores.
