Export Reports and Download CSVs
Overview
Use the Reports Library to export pre-formatted reports containing assessment data.
Reports can be used to review applicant information, reviewer activity, scoring data, integrity information, and assessment results.
Open the Reports Library
- Open the assessment.
- Navigate to the Insights tab.
- Scroll to the Reports Library section.
Export a Report
- Locate the report you want to export.
- Click on the report name.
An email will be sent to the user account that is logged in with a one-time link to download the report. The report will be downloaded automatically upon clicking the link in the email.
Available Reports
Applicant Details
Includes applicant information, scores, notes, rankings, and assessment links.
Applicant Transcription Details
Includes completed applicant video response transcriptions organized by applicant for each video question.
Please note the applicant video transcripts feature must be enabled by Kira Support in order for this report to appear. It is only available for asynchronous assessments with video questions.
Assignment Details
Includes reviewer assignment information for applicant competencies.
Integrity Details
Includes integrity metrics and assessment activity for applicants. This is currently only available for asynchronous assessments.
Advanced Integrity Report
Includes AI extension detection, copy and paste activity, browser departures and returns, and other integrity-related information. This is currently only available for asynchronous assessments.
Inter-Question Reliability
Includes question-level scoring and distribution information.
Missing Rating Details
Includes detailed information on missing competency scores for impacted applicants after their circuit ends. This is only available for live interviews.
Reviewer Details
Includes reviewer scores, notes, and review dates.
Reviewer Progress
Includes reviewer assignment and completion information.
Scoring Details
Includes detailed reviewer scoring information for applicant competencies.
Written Response Details
Includes written responses and response word counts. This is only available for asynchronous assessments.
