Log In Issues/Forgot Password
If you're having trouble logging into your Kira account, here are some things to try:
Incorrect Email Address
1. Check to make sure you are using the same email address that was initially registered with your Kira account.
2. If you can't remember the email address you used to register for Kira, contact your dedicated Client Success Manager or email email@example.com for assistance.
If the email address you're using is correct but you've forgotten your password, you'll be able to reset your password as long as you have access to your registered email account.
1. On the login screen, click: "Forgot Password?"
2. On the next screen, enter your email address and click: "Request Reset Link"
3. Check your inbox for an email from Kira. This should include a link you can use to reset your password
