Trouble logging in or forgot your password
If you're having trouble logging in to your Kira account, try the steps below.
Check your email address
Make sure you're logging in with the same email address you used to create your Kira account.
If you can't remember which email address you used, contact your Client Success Manager or email success@kiratalent.com for assistance.
Reset a forgotten password
If you know the email address associated with your Kira account but have forgotten your password, you can reset it from the Kira login page.
- On the login page, click 'Forgot password'?
- Enter the email address associated with your Kira account and click 'Send reset link'
- Check your inbox for an email from Kira and follow the link to reset your password
- If you don't receive the email, check your spam or junk folder
