Integrity Flags Reference
Overview
Integrity flags provide visibility into applicant activity that occurred during an assessment.
Flags are grouped into the following severity levels:
- Informational
- Low
- Medium
- High
- Critical
Integrity flags should be reviewed in context and alongside the applicant's responses and assessment activity.
Critical Flags

Total Refreshes Over Limit
Severity: Critical
Indicates that the applicant refreshed the assessment more times than the configured threshold.

Copied Question Text, Left, Returned, and Pasted Text
Severity: Critical
Indicates that assessment question text was copied and later pasted into a response after the applicant left and returned to the assessment.
High Flags

Refreshed After 30% of Response Time Elapsed
Severity: High
Indicates that the applicant refreshed the assessment after a significant portion of the response time had elapsed.

Copied Question Text, Left, and Returned
Severity: High
Indicates that assessment question text was copied and the applicant left and returned to the assessment.

Left Browser, Returned, and Pasted Text
Severity: High
Indicates that the applicant left the assessment and later pasted text into a response.
Medium Flags

Typing Speed Over Limit (Peak)
Severity: Medium
Indicates that the applicant's peak typing speed within a 10 second period exceeded the configured threshold.

Typing Speed Over Limit (Average)
Severity: Medium
Indicates that the applicant's average typing speed exceeded the configured threshold.

Pasted Text Makes Up More Than 30% of Response
Severity: Medium
Indicates that pasted content exceeded 30% of the applicant's response.
Low Flags

ChatGPT Enabled
Severity: Low
Indicates that a supported ChatGPT extension was detected during the assessment. This cannot confirm the extension was used or not during the assessment, but merely the existence of it.

Copied Question Text
Severity: Low
Indicates that assessment question text was copied.
Informational Flags

Refreshed Between Questions
Severity: Informational
Indicates that the applicant refreshed the assessment between questions.

Total Interview Time Exceeded
Severity: Informational
Indicates that the applicant exceeded the expected interview duration.

Applicant Experienced Errors
Severity: Informational
Indicates that the applicant experienced technical issues during the assessment.

Camera Device Changed
Severity: Informational
Indicates that the applicant changed camera devices during the assessment.

Audio Device Changed
Severity: Informational
Indicates that the applicant changed audio devices during the assessment.

Left Browser and Returned (10 Seconds)
Severity: Informational
Indicates that the applicant briefly left the assessment and returned.
