Understanding the integrity tab
Use the Integrity tab to review applicant activity and integrity events recorded during an assessment.
The Integrity tab provides additional context about what occurred during an applicant's assessment and helps identify activity that may require further review.
Integrity status
Each applicant can have one of the following integrity statuses:

Description |
| Needs Attention | Automatically applied when integrity events exceed your organization's configured thresholds |
| Suspicious | Applied manually when a review of the applicant's integrity activity identifies potential concerns |
| No Concern | Applied manually when integrity events have been reviewed and do not require further action |
Applicants who meet your organization's configured thresholds are automatically marked as Needs Attention. This status appears as a yellow flag on the Applicants list and per-applicant Integrity tab.
After reviewing an applicant's integrity information, administrators can update their status to No Concern or Suspicious from the applicant's Integrity tab.
Integrity event severity
Each integrity event is assigned a severity level to help provide context when reviewing applicant activity:
- Informational
- Low
- Medium
- High
- Critical
Integrity events are displayed chronologically in the Flagged Events section of the Integrity tab.
View event details
Select an event from Flagged Events to view more information in the Event Details panel.
Depending on the event, this may include:
- Severity: The severity level assigned to the event
- Definition: What the event indicates.
- When this appears: When and how the event is recorded during an assessment
- Typical range: How commonly the event occurs across applicants, when available.
- Additional details: Additional context that may help you interpret the event.
Review integrity information
Integrity events provide additional context about an applicant's assessment experience and should be considered alongside other available information.
When reviewing integrity activity:
- Consider the full context of the applicant's assessment
- Review integrity events together rather than drawing conclusions from a single event
- Review the applicant's responses alongside their integrity activity
- Consider patterns of activity rather than isolated events
A single integrity event does not, on its own, indicate that an applicant engaged in misconduct.
