Understanding the Integrity Tab
Overview
Use the Integrity tab to review applicant activity and integrity events recorded during an assessment.
The Integrity tab helps administrators understand what occurred during an applicant's assessment experience and identify activity that may require additional review.
Integrity Status
|
Status |
Description |
| Needs Attention | Automatically applied when integrity events meet the organization's configured threshold. |
| Suspicious | Applied manually when additional review identifies potential concerns. |
| No Concern | Applied manually when integrity events have been reviewed and do not require further action. |
Applicants who meet the organization's integrity threshold are automatically marked as Needs Attention. Needs Attention is displayed as a yellow flag on the Applicants and Integrity tabs.

Administrators can review integrity information and update an applicant's integrity status to No Concern or Suspicious from the Integrity tab.

Integrity Event Severity
Each integrity event is assigned a severity level:
- Informational
- Low
- Medium
- High
- Critical
Integrity events are displayed chronologically in the Flagged Events section of the Integrity tab.
View Event Details
Select an event from the Flagged Events list to open the Event Details panel.
The Event Details panel displays:
- Severity – The assigned severity level for the event.
- Definition – A description of what the event indicates.
- When This Appears – Information about when the event is recorded during an assessment.
- Typical Range – The typical percentage of applicants who experience the event.
- Additional Details – Additional context to help interpret the event.
Use the Event Details panel to better understand the significance of a flagged event when reviewing applicant activity.

Reviewing Integrity Information
When reviewing integrity information:
- Consider the full assessment context
- Review all integrity flags together rather than individually
- Review applicant responses alongside integrity activity
- Investigate patterns of behavior rather than isolated events
A single integrity flag does not automatically indicate misconduct.
