Welcome Script
[Program Name] at [School/Institution Name]!We’re here today to tell you a little bit about [School/Institution Name], the values and culture we promote, and what it’s like to be a part of our program. We’re also inviting you to complete an online assessment, which will be the first step in joining us here at [School/Institution Name].
[Insert information about yourself, the institution, the program, your school's cultures and values, the benefits of attending for your school, etc.]
We’re excited to be able to get to know you through the medium of online assessments. You’ll see that we’ve recorded the questions ourselves, and you’ll be able to get a sense of our culture and values, as well as what we're looking for in our top candidates. The value we get through a Kira assessment is to virtually meet you, get a sense of your personality and potential, and see how you think on your feet. This has proven to be a helpful strategy for us, as it is both time-efficient and meaningful.
The process is simple. You will be asked a question, given prep time, and a set amount of time to respond. It should only take 20 to 30 minutes to complete and can be done on your own time. You will require a desktop or laptop computer with a functioning webcam, microphone, and internet connection. The system allows for unlimited practice sessions but once you start the formal interview questions, you only get one chance. This allows us to see your candid responses.
Don't worry, you can register now and complete your assessment later. You'll receive an automatic email after registration to re-access your assessment before the deadline date.
Thanks again, and best of luck!”
