Supported devices and browsers

Devices

Kira supports laptop and desktop computers for administrators, staff, and reviewers. Mobile devices and tablets are not currently supported for these users.

However, applicants can use a supported mobile device or tablet to complete their Kira assessment.

Browsers

Kira supports the current version and five previous versions of the following browsers. As new browser versions are released, older versions will no longer be supported.

For example, if the current version of Chrome is 139, Kira supports versions 134 through 139.

• Mozilla Firefox
• Microsoft Edge
• Opera

Safari, Brave, and Internet Explorer are not supported.

If you're using Firefox for a live interview, we recommend using wired headphones rather than your device's built-in microphone.
