Understanding the Insights Tab

Overview

Use the Insights tab to review reviewer ratings within an assessment and export CSV reports.

The Insights tab helps administrators compare reviewer scoring patterns across competencies and reviewers.

Reviewer Ratings Chart

The Reviewer Ratings chart displays rating information for reviewers who have completed reviews in the assessment.

The chart displays:

  • Reviewer competency scores
  • Reviewer overall scores
  • The overall assessment average

Competency Scores

Each colored marker represents a competency score.

Use competency scores to compare how reviewers scored individual competencies across the assessment.

Overall Scores

Diamond markers represent a reviewer's overall score.

Use overall scores to compare reviewer scoring patterns across all completed reviews.

Overall Assessment Average

The dotted line represents the overall assessment average.

Use the assessment average as a reference point when comparing reviewer scores.

Filter and Compare Reviewer Data

Use the icons in the upper-left corner of the Reviewer Ratings chart to access available filters.

  • Select the Reviewer icon to filter rating information by reviewer.

  • Select the Competency icon to filter rating information by competency.

Use the Competencies section in the upper-right corner of the Reviewer Ratings chart to customize how competency data is displayed.

Available options include:

  • Highlight Competencies to highlight individual competencies on the chart.
  • Highlight Outliers to highlight reviewer ratings that differ from the overall scoring pattern.

You can also select specific competencies to focus on rating information for individual competencies.

Reports Library

The Reports Library provides access to pre-formatted assessment reports.

Available reports include:

  • Applicant Details
  • Applicant Transcription Details (Async only with video response transcription feature enabled)
  • Assignment Details
  • Integrity Details (Async only)
  • Advanced Integrity Report (Async only)
  • Inter-Question Reliability
  • Missing Rating Details (Live only)
  • Reviewer Details
  • Reviewer Progress
  • Scoring Details
  • Written Response Details (Async only)

Select a report to export the associated assessment data.
