What's new?

It's official! The new, beautiful, and more performant Review Platform is coming to Kira Talent on August 30, 2024 (or earlier for some schools - continue reading for more info). 🎉

What does this mean for your Reviewers?

Enhanced Performance

This powerful new platform makes the applicant review experience smoother and faster for your reviewers.

Streamlined Applicant Review Management

A centralized dashboard allows reviewers to view all of their assigned applicants across all assessments. They can also see how many hours of reviews they have left to help plan their workload in Kira accordingly.

Improved Data Flexibility

Enhanced sorting and filtering options streamline your reviewers' workflows - they can now filter assigned applicants by assessment, competency, review status, or assignment date.

Simplified Views of Responses & Rubrics

Reviewers can evaluate responses and use rubrics within the same simplified view, making it easier to compare criteria and select accurate ratings.

Clear Review Progression

Reviewers can stay organized with real-time review progress indicators, ensuring no scores are missed while evaluating applicants.

What happens next?

  1. All reviewers will be transitioned to the new Review Platform on August 30th. After this date, they will be automatically redirected to the new platform and can no longer access the old one.
  2. For Admin or Staff-level users, you have the option to use the Review Platform. When you click on an applicant to review, you will see a banner at the top that directs you to the new Review Platform.
