Unassigning Applicants From Reviewers

You can find the ability to unassign applicants from reviewers on the Reviewer Progress Page, under the Analytics tab. Once you navigate to a specific assessment using the dropdown menu, you will be able to individually choose reviewers from whom you want to unassign applicants via the 3-dot menu on the right of the table.

From there, you can choose to unassign all remaining unscored applicants, or a specific number. Note that if a score has been left for an applicant, the reviewer cannot be unassigned from that applicant.

You cannot choose to unassign more applicants than are available.

After selecting a valid number of applicants to unassign, click `Next.` From here you will see a confirmation of how many applicants will be unassigned from the selected reviewer, as well as how many applicants remain assigned.

If not all unscored applicants have been unassigned, the earliest assigned applicants will be unassigned first.

For example, if 10 of a reviewer’s remaining applicants were assigned on January 1, and another 10 were assigned on January 31, when an admin selects to bulk unassign 10 of the remaining 20 applicants, the 10 applicants assigned on January 1 will be unassigned.

If your unassignment is successful, you will see a success message confirming the number of applicants unassigned, and the reviewer from whom they were unassigned. If you hover over the underlined reviewer you will see which reviewer had applicants unassigned.

And if you hover over the underlined number of applicants you will see the list of applicants that were unassigned.

If your unassignment is unsuccessful, you will see an error message indicating that the unassignment did not occur. We recommend that you check your internet connection and try again.
