Remind Reviewers of their Assignments

You can find the ability to remind reviewers on the Reviewer Progress Page, under the Analytics tab. Once you navigate to a specific assessment using the dropdown menu, you will see the button to remind all reviewers assigned to applicants in that interview. You will also be able to individually choose reviewers to send reminders to via the 3-dot menu on the right of the table.

The selected reviewers - either the individual selected, or all assigned - will be sent an email reminding them of the number of applicants they have remaining to review.

If a reviewer does not have any remaining applicants to review, the ability to send a reminder will be disabled for that reviewer. They also will not receive a reminder if the bulk action is used. You are able to send multiple reminders to reviewers.
