Duplicating Live Interviews

If the previous assessment was using integrations, you'll need some help setting up integrations with for the newly created assessment. Contact your Client Success Manager for assistance!

Your Kira assessments can be reused for the following admissions cycle. You can do this easily in-app by duplicating and renaming an assessment.

Click the stacked paper icon next to the circuit you wish to duplicate. You can duplicate upcoming circuits as well as past circuits.

In the options panel on the right, select a new start date and time, including the timezone. You can also select the number of duplicate circuits you want to create. This defaults to one.

Click “Duplicate” at the bottom of the screen.

Once you have duplicated your circuit, you can change the settings as you would with any other circuit.

Renaming an assessment

After duplicating an assessment, you'll probably want to rename it.

1. You can do this by clicking the ellipses button next to the assessment. Choose: " Rename".

2. Type in the new title of the assessment and click: " Yes, Rename the Assessment"
