Retrieving Interview Links

To export interview links, you will hover your mouse over the participants count dropdown on the Schedule page of the Live Interview Dashboard, and click “Export interview links” to download. This will generate a CSV that saves to your Downloads folder. Please note that links for reviewers are reusable, but links for applicants are not. 

You will note that Column G is titled “Direct Interview Link - Send to Reviewers and Observers.” This link bypasses any check-in process and is a direct path to the assessment. You may want to use the direct assessment link for an applicant if they need help bypassing the check-in process.

Column H is titled “Check In Link - Send to Applicants” and is the link to the full check-in experience (registration, device check, and practice session). This link should be used for all applicants unless they need assistance as mentioned above.
